Harga rumah di kota-kota besar Australia sudah tidak terjangkau bagi orang kebanyakan dan merupakan salah satu yang termahal di dunia.
Financial Planner saya membeli rumah yang relatif dekat dengan tempat tinggal saya seharga 1,1 juta dollar tahun lalu. Rumahnya 4 kamar dan dibangun 3 tahun yang lalu. Dia masih muda dan belum punya anak. Ini berbeda dengan keadaan di AS yang rumahnya dulu beberapa juta dollar dan sekarang hanya menjadi seperlimanya saja.
