Refl: Rupanya rakyat (umat) beragama tidak cukup pengetahuan agamanya untuk menghargai dan melindungi hutan yang adalah berkat Illahi, maka oleh karena itu Dephut harus mempekerjakan para ustadz untuk meyakinkan umat tentang faedah hutan bagi masyarakat, Tetapi, bagaimana dengan pewai kehutan? Apakah mereka akan makan gaji buta dan pekerjaan mereka dilakukan oleh para ustadz? Lantas bagaimana juga dengan para pentinggi penguasa NKRI yang mempunyai kepentingan memperoleh rejeki dari pengundulan hutan? Apakah mereka tidak perlu diyakinkan untuk memberikan contoh yang patut ditiru? Selin itu apakah tidak lebih baik Dephut dibubarkan dan pekerjaannya diserahkan kepada Departemen Agama? Bagimana dengan tanah-tanah yang telah digundulkan apakah para ustadz akan menanam pohon? Apakah para ustadz tidak menyebarkan agama kepada orang-orang kafir yang berdiam dihutan belukar?
