Yup sedikit demi sedikit perang ekonomi antar 2 negara berbeda pola mulai dibuka.
Hanya anehnya Amerika sejak awal selalu ngotot dengan nilai tukar yuan yg dianggap under value. Apa karena biaya hidup di RRC jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan di Amerika maka dianggap nilai yuan dibawah nilai sesungguhnya ?, dan tidak tanggung tanggung 40 %. Dalam hal ini aku jadi ingat kota Yogya, dimana biaya hidup di Yogya menurutku termasuk paling rendah dibandingkan dengan ibu kota propinsi lainnya, hanya dalam hal Yogya masih bisa ditelaah mengapa biaya hidup menjadi lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kota lainnya. Di Yogya pemilihan kepala daerah ( dalam hal ini HBXII ) tidak dipilih oleh rakyat sehingga otomatis tidak ada perda aneh aneh untuk meningkatkan APBD dan istilah lainnya tingkat korupsi menjadi sangat minim. Demikian juga dengan di RRC, biarpun masih terjadi korupsi ditingkat atas, hukumannya pun tidak tanggung tanggung 'basmi sampai ke akar akar nya' sadis memang, dan tetap saja terjadi korupsi, dilain sisi secara otomatis biaya hidup menjadi rendah karena tingkat korupsi termasuk rendah sedang kondisi ekonomi meningkat terus dengan melakukan export ke hampir seluruh dunia, sedang upah karyawan termasuk murah dibandingkan dengan Amerika. Kondisi tersebut minimal membuat nilai mata uang menjadi lebih mudah dikendalikan, dan hal ini mirip ketika Indonesia mengalami booming minyak ( generasi baby boom sekitar tahun 70 an ), dimana petani sehabis panen bisa membeli emas ber karat karat, sedang pengusaha dikota besar pun bisa menangguk untung dengan menjual produknya ke daerah daerah sentra produksi, hanya entah mengapa setelah melakukan industrialisasi semua menjadi berantakan. Berbeda dengan RRC, setelah menguasai Industri bisa bergeser untuk memulai ke produk pertanian, perkebunan ( aku belum mendengar sampai ke ikan laut ), kebijakan pemerintahan yg terus bergerak tanpa berhenti minimal menambah kuat mata uangnya. Beberapa waktu lalu diissuekan bahwa RRC mengalami pemanasan ekonomi, dan akan ambruk dalam kurun waktu sekian tahun, dan dengan perubahan target dari industri manufactur ke pertanian/perkebunan otomatis pemanasan ekonomi bisa diatasi, istilah kata dirigen masih memiliki lembar lyrik lainnya, tinggal ganti halaman. One of China's state-run newspapers slammed the legislation, and warned that it could lead to a trade war between the U.S. and China. The bill "planted a ticking time-bomb that may ignite a potential trade war between the world's two largest economies," according to Xinhua News Agency. "Washington's habitual China-bashing has proved detrimental to its economy, and the current currency bill is no exception. It will only set up obstacles in growing China-U.S. trade ties," the paper continued. "Therefore, it is wise for the House of Representatives and the White House to act to stop the bill, which, if it becomes law, will surely not only harm the China-U.S. economic ties, but also the world's economic recovery." Parroting the same talking points employed by President Barack Obama, China's Foreign Ministry attacked the proposal, saying that it is illegal under World Trade Organization rules. "The bill seriously violates World Trade Organization rules and will not only fail to resolve America's economic and employment problems but will also inflict serious damage on Sino-U.S. trade relations and interfere in efforts by both countries and the international community to revive the global economy," it said in a statement. The legislation will treat China's undervalued currency as an illegal subsidy, which it is. That would allow the U.S. to retaliate against the trade-distorting practices by levying countervailing and antidumping duties on Chinese imports. Under WTO rules, implementing countervailing duties to protect an industry or a whole economy against illegally subsidized imports is perfectly legal. China's central bank also slammed the legislation, suggesting that the bill could actually lead to an even slower appreciation of China's currency. By some estimates, China's currency is undervalued by as much as 40 percent. Since last June, when Chinese officials said that they would begin to allow the yuan to rise to a fair market value, it has gained just six percent on the dollar.
