Hi All! Remote-Write is a well adopted protocol for streaming Prometheus metrics across network (e.g. from Prometheus to vendor or other Prometheus). Despite widely used implementations and proto format for Remote-Write 1.0 version, only recently we took time to formalize the protocol in RFC2119 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2119> format.
*This is now available on our website under Concepts <https://prometheus.io/docs/concepts/remote_write_spec/>.* The specification is important, so we can iterate on the next Remote-Write versions as mentioned in the future goals <https://prometheus.io/docs/concepts/remote_write_spec/#future-plans> (help wanted!).
