Debian's FD default option ("Further Discussion") in Condorcet votes
is a "no" and a "if people feel strongly, they will try again" at the
same time. I can see the difference in framing, but see little to no
practical difference.

That's too close to a technical solution to a social problem for me;
and why I decided to not wait a day or so voting in Beorn's thread.
