No, it does not work on reload too. I have to manually select the "All"
option in the cluster in the target dashboard.
This problem remains if I swap the source and target dashboards.
Ideally, "All" is the value that should be passed to the target dashboard
and not {value1,value2,...}. One more interesting thing it that, when I
select the All option in the dashboard and print the cluster value in the
same dashboard it shows as {value1, value2, ....} and this same value is
passed to the target dashboard, so it should work. But still it doesn't.
