If you're talking about Prometheus alerting history, then it's stored in some special timeseries, ALERTS and ALERTS_FOR_STATE - see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52480567/count-alerts-fired-by-prometheus
You should be able to visualize those in Grafana just like any other timeseries. If you're talking about Grafana alerting history, then that would be a question for a Grafana mailing list.
