We first delivered this message in WISPA's net neutrality comments. Subsequently, we sat down with Chairman Wheeler's staff the week before WISPAPALOOZA and explained how small business issues permeate many proceedings at the FCC including 3550-3650 MHz, 5.8 GHz, CAF Phase II rules and, of course, net neutrality. I understand that this is a new way of stating what we have always stated. The line: "We first delivered this message in WISPA's net neutrality comments". In some way sounds like this is the first time this message had been delivered rather than the new format being delivered. I just don't want guys like Matt Larson and others that have been telling DC this for years seeing their efforts being reduced. Does it hurt the message to just remove the word "first" out of that sentence. Also Lawyer who uses big words. I had to look up the meaning of "propound" to make sure it meant what I though it meant.
