Hi:
If I understand your question, you want to change the reference designators
on the PCB and then update the schematic with the new reference designators.
The quickest way I know is with the PCB open go to Tool Menu and select
Re-annotate. The program will query you as to how you want the numbering
done.
After re-annotating the reference designators, open the Design Menu and
select Update Schematic.
