I know that MTBF software exist, but it is very expensive. It also depends on
which kind of analyze you want to make:
part count or parts stress.
MTBF is not really used any more. The models it is based on is not valid, the
data on the components are not up to date and so on.
The thing is that component does not fail until they are put on a PCB and
baked. The MTBF model does not take that into
account.
Today you use derating e.g. how much of the max. specification of a device do
you use, which is much too large a subject to talk about here. You will have
to read about it.
