Not wanting to push any particular product, but my boss has asked me to look
into using Relex (www.relexsoftware.com).

It appears to have a CAD interface wizard which is what interests me,
however I haven't actually put it thru it's paces yet (to weed out the
"marketing fluff") so I can't comment on that.  Unless you order the CD,
it's a ~22MB download, so put the jug on.  Good luck.
