For transmission lines the best reference I know is
Wadell, Brian C. "Transmission Line Design Handbook", Artech House 1991. (there might
even be an newer edition)
This book also has a very good bibliography for most architectures.
For microstrip coupled lines pp 83-85 is the place to look. Here it is described as
'Coplanar Strips'
