Hi Yuri you have do specify if plated or not in the pad property not in cam manager. Normally you have plated pads. If you want one to be not plated simply double click on it and choose tab advanced. Now you can uncheck 'plated'. The cam manager automatically generates a seperate tool. In drill report you see 'NPTH' in that tool.
