If one person prints out and netlists a schematic, and then another person loads the same schematic, and then prints it out and netlists it, the prints and netlists should be identical. Anything short of that is *dangerous* -- if it affects the net list -- or a nuisance at best, if it only affects the prints. (Some variation in schematic printing might be necessary for different printers, but it should be minimal.)
