Or you can control the display of individual nets. In the panel, display nets, doubleclicking on any net will pop up a color-show/hide dialog. A global edit here could also set all nets to show, or you can change the color of the rat's nest for every net or for selected nets. One very powerful aspect of this is that one could select all power nets based on membership in the power class, for example, and then give them a distinctive color, or hide them but not other nets, both of which can be very useful.
