Probably the solution to your proble, is to uncheck the "unrouted net constraint" button in Tools/Design Rule Check menu, as long as the board has not been routed. Unrouted nets are always flagged the way you describe. This is very helpful when checking for remaining (partially) unrouted nets, or, even more important, for errors in placement of split plane vertices.
