Damon, I don't know if this helps, but I have been studying physical design (layout) of analog IC's for the past couple semesters. For physical design considerations, I highly recommend the following book: Hastings, A. (2001). The Art of Analog Layout. Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice-Hall, Inc. ISBN 0-13-087061-7 This book is invaluable for IC layout. I'm certain that it would also be highly valuable for the design of analog IC circuits.
