Indeed it was a space issue.  I was picturing them being meandered while
running diagonal, but apparently Protel don't think like that.  For this
case I was able to simply do it by hand.  But thanks for the verification
that it actually does work.  Because it sure doesn't give much feedback when
you are trying to use it.
