Hi Mike. I did this a while ago back in P98 so I'm not sure it can still be done in P99se - I've just got in and haven't hit the go button yet. I saved the *.LIB in ASCII format and used a text editor. Using the Replace command I replaced "XXX" with "YYY" globally, saved it, then imported it back into Protel and saved it as *.LIB. The details are a bit sketchy but it might point you in the right direction.
