Dave: I just recently did a design using the TOP245. I don't think they have simulation models, but they do have a free program called PI-Expert you can run your TOPswitch design on. I think it's a canned SPICE simulation.
It didn't work for me because I used an exotic topology that wasn't part of it's repertoire.
