if I understand what you are trying to do I would use the following
Protel commands.
Select items to drag.
M(Move), S(Selection)
The Drag command only seems to operate on singular items, one component, one
track, one text item. It does not seem to work for selections of multiple
items. There is no Drag command for selections.

Hi All,
My customer try to drag selection on pcb. Typical Protel' interface
has commands Edit - Move and Edit - Drag. I can create new command
with parameters
Drag = True|Objects = Selection
but I can see reaction on Drag parameter.
Can somebody help me? Maybe it is a bug?
