today i want to open a pcb-file, but the only message was "unable to insert a line". in this situation the Tab "xxx.pcb" exist and the Menue changes to the PCB-Men , but there is no change in the window for the pcb. I can close the "unvisible" PCB-Window bei right_click and Close. Then i open the pcb a second time an no there is a message "the folder already contains a document called ~71442.tmp. would you like to replace the existing document 0 Bytes with this one? 0Byte"
When I say YES then Protel says: cannot create file 'c:\program files\ design explorer 99 SE\\System\temp\~71442.tmp' Continue? The error comes with one pcb-File in one ddb. Other protel-files work normal Can anyone help?
