Hi Phil, how are you going?...

I believe that AutoCAD has a translator that can convert to / from various
CAD formats.
More specifically, from AutoCAD Rel.12 to IGES or CALS level I, II, or IV.
Since Protel 99SE can produce AutoCAD 12 files, this may be a solution. It
was a year or more ago that I was looking at this feature, and things may
have changed since then, but try searching for IGES TRANSLATOR at the
AutoDesk site

Subject: [PEDA] CALS Compliant output

Hello,

Has anyone produced CALS compliant output from Protel?
Preferably IGES, possibly IPC-350, IPC-356.
Is this in fact possible?
Any help is appreciated.

thanks,

Phil.
