Hello, No, there is no automated way within Protel. I usually do a manual scan with just the copper layer, solder mask and overlay turned on. I also include a note on the master (fab) drawing allowing the cropping of legend 0.010" from solderable pads. As has been mentioned, most shops do this anyway as a matter of process.
