I want pad designators as seen below as the end result... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- C1R1, C1R2, C1R3,......, C1Rn. which need to be transformed into .... C2R1, C2R2, C2R3,...., C2Rn. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- WITHOUT MODIFYING THE SUFFIXES R1, R2, R3,..., Rn, BUT ONLY THE (C1=C2) GLOBAL SUBSTRING REPLACEMENT IS TO BE DONE. Incrementing text in Paste array allows only symmetrical replacements, like above but does not support replacements such as S1A1B1 into S2A1Bn using the same [old=new] technic. This useful feature is quite found in Schematics, but I could find no way doing the same in PCB Library. Is there any script which could do this ? Hope this is clear now... RADKRISH
