Anybody who knows if it is possible to add testpoints in SCH and then have
these automatically added as pads in PCB ?

If so, please make a step by step description on how to do.

1. Plug in computer.

2. Turn on power.

3. Log in if requested......

Seriously, if you want testpoints to show on the Schematic, as is quite normal, the simple way to do it is to create a symbol for a test point (a 1-pin connector usually works fine). You can reference designate the test points, perhaps with designator prefix TP or E or even without a prefix, just a number, or perhaps the name of a net. You'll also create a footprint associated with this symbol, just a single pad.

Then your test points will be created and managed in PCB just like any other component.

This is, in fact, totally normal, I've done it hundreds of times.
