I do know about exporting design rules, but since many of these
rules are class specific then they're irrelevant unless we can
also provide class membership info.

The export effort is to transfer the IP of an integrated circuit
tester loadboard. This is a 24 layer, nearly 0.25" thick, approx.
18 inch diameter board which attaches to a chip tester and feed
handler.

The contractor will be making a modified (simpler) version of this
loadboard in their own CAD system. Most of the design intent is
captured in the design rules, which makes this aspect critical to
the transfer exercise.

We're talking about a design with probably two to three hundred
net classes, twenty or more component classes and about a thousand
design rules (many combinations of net + component + layer rules).
Running a full DRC takes days!
