You should have gotten the XPSPro200n version instead with the $1200 Pentium
Pro.  I got 6 years out of that machine so the ridiculous price tag was worth
it.

Actually, the most expensive computer I ever owned was a 1996 vintage 200
MHz Pentium Dell Dimension XPS200s.  With 32MB of SDRAM, 2.5GB HDD, Win95,
and 21 inch monitor, it came to $5600 or so.  Lest anyone think I got ripped
off, it was a high performance CAD machine at the time.
