SUB : P2004, create footprint in pcblib, place pad, designator.

I'm in P2004, pcblib.
I'm creating a footprint.
I place pad.
I double click on pad, bring up properties.
The entry field it defaults to is "hole size".
In Protel 99se it would default to entry field "designator".
How do I make Protel 2004 default to "designator" instead
of "hole size"?
