Un judecator federal american a respins din lipsa de probe, plangerea unor
asociatii ale victimelor apartheidului impotriva unor companii multinationale
acuzate ca au sustinut vechiul regim sud-african. Plangerea a vizat un numar de
30 de companii (printre care Shell, Citi-Group sau Credit Suisse) reclamate ca
au violat embargoul instituit impotriva Africii de Sud pe perioada
