Din cate imi dau seama, nu-i deloc o smecherie. Din slugarnicie si/sau panica - zic eu - magistratii au propus sa-l scoata din judecata (disjungerea dosarului) pana cand isi termina mandatul, pe temeiul "imunitatii" prevazute de Constitutie. Basescu in schimb a insistat pentru continuarea lucrarilor si in ce-l priveste - si pe buna dreptate - imunitatea nu se refera la raspunderea penala/civila (cu atat mai mult in cauze deja aflate in judecata), ci priveste doar declaratiile politice ale beneficiarilor ei. Dosarul insa nu-l cunosc, iar ce sfori se trag pe din dosul instantelor, asta habar n-am.
