Please use -Wno-sign-compare in your CXXFLAGS and do not use stricter flags
for libprotobuf. There's no plan to make the code compliant to these
flags. Most of changes are integrated from google internal codebase, and we
don't want to fix those minor issues each time we do a down-integrate.
