Hi,

3. Removal of extensions, which are instead replaced by a new standard type
> called Any.

Extensions are used for custom options definition in proto2.

import "google/protobuf/descriptor.proto";

extend google.protobuf.MessageOptions {
  optional string my_option = 51234;
}

message MyMessage {
  option (my_option) = "Hello world!";
}

How it will look in proto3?
