Hi,

Sorry, haven't used that option (or _really_ used the autocompleter)
and the docs for it aren't very clear.  (From what the docs do say --
"select - default null - The element that contains the text to be
placed into the input box. By default all text will be used." I would
have thought it would be looking for an id rather than a class, but
you probably know better than I.

Again, though, *how* is it not working?  Just doing nothing?  Showing
a blank list?  Showing the list wrong?  Putting the wrong text in when
you select?  The more information, the more likely someone lurking
will say "Oh, hey, I know what's going on there" and help you out.
