The City of Portland requires a similar thing of it's employees. It's
a two hour training required every two years. I find it often to be a
fun class. However you should hear the up-roar from the employees who
don't even have drivers licenses! It was told to me that there was a
blind guy who took the class every two years like clockwork! :)
