This change adds a parameter to casereader_create_filter_missing which
receieves the number of filtered out cases. Although this information can
currently be obtained by using the excluded casereader, I think it's an
overkill; there aren't many instances where one needs to keep the filtered
data, but I think there are many where the number of missing data are
required.
