Okay, that will make things easier. By hand, I downloaded and gendocs.sh pspp.texi the web (http://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-master/latest/user-manual/) and I followed the instructions to generate the manual and test (https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Invoking-gendocs_002esh.html). However, I could not achieve generate the file (needed makeinfo). On other websites, I meant that some can translate its content into other languages (like www.gnu.org). Some have translated between 60 or 70% of the manual, although the transfer to texinfo I will take some time.
