libpsppire-glade should *never* be installed, and if you install using the
recommended method (make install) it won't be.

Usually, files for installation in system should be closer to root of
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT, e.g. should be like
/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/pspp-1.5.0+git.20200830.g1fb80b-lp151.106.1.x86_64/usr/lib64/pspp/libpspp-core-1.5.0-g1fb80b.so
Or, if you suggest that "libpsppire-glade" is not instalable, then maybe
it would be better to leave it in mere
/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/pspp-1.5.0-g1fb80b (original source
directory) and not to move it into
/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/pspp-1.5.0+git.20200830.g1fb80b-lp151.105.1.x86_64//home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/pspp-1.5.0-g1fb80b/
