libpsppire-glade should*never* be installed, and if you install using the recommended method (make install) it won't be.
I use default RPM build macro *%make_install*. In openSUSE It expands automagically into
+ make install DESTDIR=/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/pspp-1.5.0+git.20200830.g1fb80b-lp151.106.1.x86_64
