I have fixed those problems now, and created a new snapshot. I also
did some cleanup, removing old code that is not used anymore. The
result seems to work as well as the 03-17 snapshot did. Please try it.
In particular, I'm interested in how the new sys-v pty-allocation
(which avoids the standard grantpt function, if running as root)
works. I'm not root on my development machine, so I haven't tried
running lshd as root for quite some time.
