Indeed. But:
1) The capitalization of option parameters varies: --host-key=Key
file, --interface=interface. The GNU convention seems to be
to write them in all upper case, like --format=WORD in ls.
(I wonder why argp doesn't do this automatically; it would
make sense to keep them in mixed case if the help is being
converted to HTML or such where a different font can be used.)
2) There are a couple of typos: "supress" should be "suppress",
"--no-deamonic" should be "--no-daemonic". lshd also uses
"demon"; I think one spelling would be enough.
3) IMHO the --help output of lsh has too many little sections.
All the modifiers could be in one section.
