I have tried to make it a little more consistent (using capitalized
names). I really don't know what is "best". It's a matter of taste, I
guess.

I think I agree with this. Small sections seemed to be the easiest way
to make sure that --foo and --no-foo are grouped together.
Improvements are welcome.
