With rawhide (close to RedHat 6.2beta) everything works. I only had to install
guile and umb-scheme to be able to compile with IDEA - there is no idea.c.x
file in the distribution.
I tried to test ssh fallback and it works. Looks like it has to be specified in
configure, as an lshd option and the option must have an argument. This way:
lshd -p 24 -h /etc/lsh/host --ssh1-fallback=/usr/sbin/sshd
