I'm sorry, you're right, I was going from memory and my memory was
incorrect. It's ok to use RSAREF in my case because I'm using it for only
internal purposes which is explicitly allowed in the RSAREF 2.0 license.
My comment should have been
only for people who can't or don't want to use RSAREF (which is
free for anybody who is not selling software that contains it
or services that use it)
