For gtk1.x apps, AFAIK, the fonts are generally controlled by whatever theme is active (~/.gtkrc or /etc/gtk/gtkrc). I've always just hand edited these. Warning: I've not installed 8.0 yet, so have no idea if there is something new on this front. Also, not sure if there is a GUI tool to play with this stuff. -- Hal Burgiss
