hi, um, i'm back uh, i checked /etc/modules.conf, and 'alias eth0 3c59x' is in there. i also commented out the appropriate section, but i was still unable to activate eth0.
is this a bugzilla candidate? btw, as for mail handling suggestions, what about making the table of contents list into hypertext links to the appropriate sections in the digest, so you can just click on the link and, boom, you're there. thanks, p
