Hey.  Actually, oddly enough, no.  although the boxed version of pro tools 9
and the electronic delivery option are the same price, the Ilok is included
with the boxed version, but you have to buy it seperetly if you go for the
electronic delivery version.

Doesn't the iLock come with all versions of Pro Tools? I just got a copy of
8, and it was in the box.
