Using scrub/shuttle/jog wheel

Thanks so much slau. One thing I find when I use the scrub and shuttle/
jog wheel on my 003 is that I can select with it and hear the audio,
but when I let go of the wheels, the insertion point goes back to it's
original spot. How do I move my insertion point permanently with those
wheels? I'm not finding it in the manual.
