Hi Poppa,
Best way to make the transition is to do EVERYTHING using VoiceOver from now on 
until your chops are up! :)
This will make using PT more pleasurable! ;)
Just a note if you have a specialized pt keyboard and get thrown into a 
situation where you can't use it theres no sweat Because any mac keyboard will 
do.
If I had a pt keyboard in every station in my studio I would need about 7 of 
them!
When i looked in to them several years ago they were a bit steep!!
