I sequence in Pro TOols, then dump out to midi files for rendering in Logic. Those audio files get plopped back into pro gools for mixing and the like. I hate the sounds in Pro TOols, and try not to use them if I can help it.
Logic/garageband/mainstage works great for me for this. Kevin
